SO* Back in 2015 Ken Miller and Jeff Laszloffy asked me to run against Roger Hagen who was one of the lowest scorningReps in the state, I won with your help and indorsement and was able to give you a A rating back to your organization As a team we won..This guy am running against now is just as bad he says he will spend 100,000.00 to win this race. To win this racewe need to be a team just like we were back in 2015. I know you have had a lawsuit or 2 and so have I.With political practices now run by a Republican along with a Republican governor I believe we will not see lawsuits as much as we did.Randall Pinocci, Public Service Commissioner District 1.

9. The Second Amendment protects the right of law-abiding citizens to own firearms for self-defense. SS* Randy Pinocci is the vice president of Montana Shooting Sports Association.And a benefactor member of the NRA working directly with Charlton Heston.I have supported Gun Owners of America over the years.I have been a gun dealer and a Class 3 Gun Dealer in the past.I have an A rating with all gun organizations and I will in this race as well.I will be endorsed as well, sure hope you will as well........
10. Montanans should not be discriminated against or treated differently based on their vaccination status. SS
11. Climate change is a serious problem that requires increased government regulation. SO
12. Environmental regulations in Montana are currently too restrictive. SS* Climate change happens we had an ice age! The north and south pole has changed position from time to time.Guess what it may happen again, Climate change is happing all the time from time to time with or with out cars.Keep this in mind I have 8 years with the Public Service Commission I probably have more experience on energythan anyone running for office this go around if I win with your help I might be good on an energy committee.
13. Abortion should be illegal at all stages of pregnancy. S
14. Abortion should be legal only in the early stages of pregnancy and restricted after a specific point, except when necessary to save the life of the mother. S

16. Individuals and organizations should be allowed to opt out of abortion-related mandates, if those mandates violate their religious or moral convictions. S
17. Physician-assisted suicide should be legal in Montana. O* These points will be argued a lot I will and would like to discuss with this organization all sides of the argued points of view.
18. Biological males who identify as transgender should be allowed to compete in women’s and girl's athletic competitions. SO

21. State and local nondiscrimination laws should be expanded to include sexual orientation and gender identity in the same manner as race, religion, and national origin. SO
22. Montana’s marriage laws should be revised to reflect the U.S. Supreme Court’s legalization of same-sex marriage. SO* As a Christian trying to be on the narrow path to salvation and avoiding the wide path to destruction a voting record is a great way to help prove the case. With that please help me stay on the narrow path.

The further we get away from bible principal the worse this great country becomes. My promise to you is I will always vote on the side of Christian values.
